Most offices sit on years — sometimes decades — of paper. We convert it for you. Our team handles the scanning of your backlog with document-grade equipment, following a documented chain of custody from pickup to secure destruction or return of the originals, whichever you choose.

Automatic reading & filing

This is the heart of PapyrusVault. When a document enters the system, enterprise-grade OCR reads every page — including older, faded, or low-quality scans. Then AI does what a diligent file clerk would: it identifies whose document this is, what kind of document it is, and when it was created.

The document is filed under the correct client profile with its type and date — no folder structures to maintain, no naming conventions to enforce, no filing backlog on anyone's desk.

And when a document can't be identified with confidence — a barely legible fax, a page with three different names on it — the system doesn't guess. It routes the document to a review queue where your staff confirms it in seconds. The vast majority of documents file themselves; people only touch the exceptions.

Instant client search

Type a client's name. Their complete file appears — every document, sorted by type and date, viewable on screen immediately.

Three clients named John Smith? You'll see all three as separate cards, each showing date of birth, policy or matter type, and most recent document — so your staff picks the right person in one click, even mid-phone-call. You can also narrow a search directly: "John Smith 1985" goes straight to the match.

For more complex questions, plain-English search understands requests like "the auto claim John Smith filed last year" and finds the documents that answer it.
